How to Check Order Status?

We timely update your order once new information comes in. Here’s how to check order status.

1. Go to My Orders.

Here is the list of order status and their respective meaning:

  • Order Received

Your order has been successfully received. Our customer service team will update you regarding your order in 3 to 6 hours.

  • Awaiting Clarification

1. You did not provide the product link.
2. The product link is not valid or is broken.
3. Quantity is not given.
4. The size and color are not specified, which are required when there are different sizes and color variations for the product.

  • Unfulfillable

Item is restricted or prohibited for international shipping.

  • Order Amount

This is the First Bill (Item Cost + 10% Service Fee, minimum $10) which is intended to fund us in order to purchase your order.

  • Purchase in Process

Our purchaser is now working on buying your order.

  • Purchased

Your order has been bought, now awaiting arrival in our warehouse.

  • Packed

We have finished packing your order.

  • Consolidated

We have combined multiple orders in one package.

  • Invoice

We attached the invoice in your order (Item Cost + Service Fee + Local Shipping Fee + International Shipping Fee – First Payment). There will also be other charges like payment service charge when you pay via Paypal. Our Paypal charge is 4.9% + $0.30.

  • Payment Complete

We received full payment for your order. We will then ship your parcel.

  • Shipped

We have shipped your package.

  • Arrived

Your order has arrived.

  • Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled.

  • Refunded

We have sent the refund to your account.

  • Abandoned

You have abandoned your order. Your order is “deemed” abandoned after lapse of applicable period for storage in our warehouse; provided further, that our team has exerted reasonable efforts to inform you regarding your order status, and that you have failed to respond or gave timely response.

2. To check communications from our Customer Service & Purchasing Team, from My Orders Page, click “view” to check a specific order.

Then, scroll down to the Comments section, and read updates from our Customer Service Team. Click Reply to respond. You will also receive email notifications regarding order status and updates.
